[Abuja]–The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Malam Muhammad Musa Bello stated that FCT Administration will engage in actions that would bring in foreign industries and create entrepreneurship and business opportunities across the Federal Capital Territory.

The FCT minister stated this while receiving the Musiad Group of Turkey, Nigeria Chapter led by its President, Mr. Huseyin Oztunc in his office at Area 11, Garki I District, Abuja.

He said “the FCT Administration would help strengthen bilateral relationships that would promote entrepreneurship development.”

While assuring his dedication to enhance entrepreneurship development that would have multiplier effects on the populace, Mallam Bello urged the Musiad team to set up a technical group to meet with the officials of the Abuja Investment Company Limited to fine-tune better ways of collaboration.

“The Musiad Group may also wish to visit the location of the Abuja Technology Village where enormous infrastructure has been provided and to see where some of their members with Information Technology expertise can key in”, he said.

The Minister also encouraged the Group to consider developing and managing a ‘Nigeria-Turkish Friendship Park’ in the FCT to strengthen the existing bilateral relationship between both countries, promising to make a suitable location in the FCT available for that purpose.

Speaking earlier, the leader of the delegation who is also the President of the Musiad Group of Turkey, Nigeria Chapter, Mr. Huseyin Oztunc appreciated the minister for the warm reception accorded to his delegation.

Mr. Oztunc revealed that Musiad Group, which was established in Turkey in 1990 has branches in 82 countries, 45,000 member companies and 1.6 million persons in its labour force.
