[On twitter]–The Senate President, Bukola Saraki, has said that the Senate has put steps in place towards ensuring that rigging of elections is put to an end.
He said this through his official twitter handle, @bukolasaraki, while explaining the Electoral Act No. 6 2010 (Amendment) Bill 2017 which was passed into law by the Nigerian Senate, yesterday.
He explained that the amended act will ensure transparency, effectiveness as well as efficiency on the part of the Independent National Electoral Commission.
