Buhari to now rule Nigeria from his home –Lai Muhammed

[Abuja]–President Muhammadu Buhari will now perform his official responsibilities from his  residence, Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, has said.

The Minister disclosed this while briefing State House correspondents at the end of the meeting of the Federal Executive Council, FEC on Wednesday.

He claimed that the President needed some rest and has asked that all the files on his table be brought to him at his official residence at the Presidential Villa, Abuja for treatment.

The FEC meeting which was supposed to be presided over by the President was delegated to the Vice President.

Recall that the Governor of Ekiti, Ayodele Fayose, had described President Muhammadu Buhari to a part – time and ceremonial President who is only seen during the Friday Jumat service at the Presidential Villa.
