We won’t sell accord party to any politician- Osun Chairman

[Osun]–The Chairman of Accord party, Osun-State, Mr. Fanibe Ayodele has insisted that he won’t sell the party to any politician and party.

During the congress of the party at Technical College, Osogbo, Osun State on Saturday where Fanibe was given the party flag as the new chairman he made this known.

He stated that the Osun State Governor, Mr Rauf Aregbesola called him to woo the party through his influence to his side but refused the offer.

Fanibe Ayodele in his acceptance speech said ” the party is set to move as the party has started well like no other.

“What happened and is  happening in Nigerian politics has thrown up the party(Accord) as the fit party to rule with patriotism and as a savior”

Also, in the welcome address by the National chairman of Accord, Mr. Mohammad Lawal who was represented by Engr. Odor Iyere said “All rough edges have been smoothened, we also appreciate the understanding of all member .

“We want to assure all members present that with this congress, our party will move from ward to ward and local government mobilization in readiness for the 2018 gubernatorial and 2019 general elections,” he added.
